At Vital Apparel, we want to ensure your performance gear fits perfectly, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process is designed to get you back to your training with the right gear as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are securely attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear for quality, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
